Hello everyone! Welcome to this brand new site of mine! Here you'll find stuff like art, writing (both fiction and editorial style stuff!), as well as other funky stuff I might get up to (music and game dev hopefully)!
It's a little rough around the edges, but that's because I wanted this place to be up and running first, before I did anything more funky and wierd! This is running off of code from an old website I made when I was younger, but it'll hopefully look a lot cooler in the coming months! I'm pretty busy with school stuff rn, so I probably won't have time to do any major changes until the Summer. :P
Here's a little rundown of what each part of the site has to offer!
MJ's World is a dumb little name I came up with years ago, it was a hobby gaming blog I shared with a few friends! I was watching a lot of Scott the Woz back then, and wanted to take a crack at my own style of gaming commentary/general discussion posts. I had a lot of fun doing it, but I fell out of it for one reason or another. But it offered a great outlet for me, and I've often missed it! So, I'm "rebooting" it here, hopefully with weekly posts about whatever video game nonsense I wanna talk about.
Probably my favorite creative passtime is fiction writing! I got into it as a young teenager, doing Star Wars fanfics. I kinda fell out of it a few years ago, but I've always been throwing different ideas around. Last year I started a new project, a fantasy story called Wellwishing, and I hope to start sharing that here soon! I was hoping to have a chapter or two up by now, but my ideas have gotten TOO BIG and now it'll probably be coming out Summer AT THE EARLIEST. Sorry about that... But hey, I might have some short stories or something to share here soon! Might even "remaster" my old fanfics and upload them here. Who knows...
Aside from writing I also LOVE to draw. It was actually my first real creative interest, I've been the art kid my whole life. I'm still building this part of the site out, but at some point I wanna have an image board kinda thing, but I probably won't get that working for awhile. For now it'll probably just be bluesky links. :P
I haven't had the time to make much music, and it mostly sucks... But I really wnat to, so I thought I'd throw this part of the site up to help motivate myself! :D This part of the site is still unfinished, but I do have a few finished pieces I would like to share soon!
